A local analysis for Timmernabben and surrounding areas clarified the residents' need for a meeting place. Broette Fastigheter AB owned a larger building that was partially unused. In dialogue, it was agreed that the company would build a meeting and activity space in the property. The space will then be rented out and be flexibly designed to be used for various purposes and different seasonal needs – e.g. education, workshops, cooking courses, party venue, gathering space, association and board meetings, fairs, exhibitions, coworking, rural office, preparation kitchen for local small producers, seasonal café, and business.
