Investment in a
CNC machine

About the project

Nicola Bagutti runs a small carpentry business in Loftahammar that offers customized interior solutions in solid wood, built according to traditional craftsmanship techniques. It involves projects such as kitchens, furniture, or wooden components for other companies. To further develop the business, the company wants to invest in a small CNC machine that will mass-produce smaller design objects, furniture parts, and household items in wood. The idea is to offer new, custom-designed products for both online and B2C sales.

The project's activities include the purchase and installation of a smaller CNC machine with accessories, commissioning and training, as well as design and product development.

Project goals

  • A new CNC machine installed in the company's premises and ready to be put into use
  • A new commercial product
  • An expanded and diversified product range
  • Conditions to increase turnover and strengthen the company
