Eriksviks Hamn AB has previously operated a marina with seasonal spots for boats, winter storage, and a workshop for service and maintenance. The boat harbor is located on Södra Finnö, at Finnkroken with a good location in Sankt Anna's archipelago and just a stone's throw from Gryt's archipelago. On Norra Finnö, there is a wide range of services, accommodation, and dining options. However, on the southern side, the offerings are currently very limited, and increased services, shops, and restaurants are something that residents in the area are requesting. With its beautiful location, the applicant sees that the harbor has perfect conditions to eventually become a popular tourist destination, which can provide a basis for increased services. To increase the number of visitors to the area and offer a new service, the applicant wants to establish a camping site for motorhomes at Eriksvik's harbor.

The proportion of motorhome tourists is increasing year by year, and it is seen that the location by the harbor has good conditions to attract visitors as it offers a unique view of the harbor and the sea.

The project has been granted as a project support to companies where the goal is to establish a camping site with space for 10 motorhomes.
